1. Can I book a multi–city trip?
Yes, switch to the 'Multi' tab on the HappyFares homepage to search and book a multi-city fare.

2. I misspelled my name while booking. What should I do?
Contact us to check if the airline allows name corrections. Some airlines permit changes up to 3 letters. If not, you’ll need to cancel and rebook the ticket. You may also refer to the name format for the airline you are trying to book.

3. Will I get the same price when a pending booking is manually confirmed?
Not necessarily. Fares are dynamic and are subject to change. While airline and timing remain the same, the fare may differ. You have the option to pay the difference (if any) or get the booking rejected if you are uncomfortable paying additional money.
4. Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
No. Name changes are not allowed after booking. You'll need to cancel and book a new ticket in the new passenger's name.
5. Can I make a group booking?
You can book up to 9 passengers in one reservation. For larger groups, visit: https://www.happyfares.in/group-booking (https://www.happyfares.in/group-booking)
6. Where do I enter my frequent flyer number?
You can add it during the passenger details entry phase while booking eligible domestic flights.
7. Can I book tickets for infants?
Yes. One infant (under 24 months) per adult is allowed. The infant must be under 2 years of age throughout the journey.

8. How do I add a child ticket to an existing booking?
You can't add a child (2–12 years) to an existing booking. Book a separate ticket. However, infants may be added by requesting online: Visit SUPPORT (https://help.happyfares.in/)or www.help.happyfares.in .(https://help.happyfares.in/)
9. What are Group Promotional Fare Tickets?
They are non-changeable, non-refundable special fares available in limited quantities, often at a lower cost.

10. I was charged but didn’t get confirmation. What should I do?
Don't make another booking until you hear from us. Contact us via WhatsApp or helpline, and check your email/SMS for updates. Keep the MY TRIP Section open when you contact us.

11. Can I book for someone else using my account?
Yes. Just enter their details during the booking process. Be careful, while entering the contact details.
12. Is there a loyalty program?
Not at the moment. But we regularly post offers on our homepage and social media handles.
13. How do I choose my seat during booking?
Some fares allow seat selection during booking for a fee. Full-service carriers include free seat selection.
14. What if I need special assistance while flying?

15. Can I choose in-flight meals during booking?
Yes. Some airlines allow paid meal selection at booking. Complimentary meals are offered by full-service carriers.
16. How long does ticket confirmation take?
Usually within minutes. Sometimes bookings are pending, and you may experience a delay. Contact us if needed. Keep an eye on your MY TRIP section. DO NOT REBOOK until you hear from us.

17. Where do I locate my booking?
MY TRIP section, Ensure you are signed in to our website/App.
